Please note that there are two types of registration fees available, on-site registration fees and online registration fees.

Participants can register for the workshops through the event registration form.
Congress registration is a prerequisite for workshop registration.
There are a limited number of places available for the workshops.
Sign up for two workshops and get a 100 Ron discount.

ON SITE participation includes:

  • Physical participation in the scientific sessions of the event
  • Online participation in the scientific sessions of the event
  • Access to the exhibition area
  • Online access to the recorded scientific sessions of the event (for 8 weeks from the moment of their processing, after the event)
  • Access to the physical exhibition area of the event
  • Event materials (name badge, map, program booklet)
  • Attending lunch breaks and coffee breaks
  • Certificate of participation (in electronic format) with EMC points from the Romanian College of Physicians

ONLINE participation includes:

  • Online participation in the scientific sessions of the event
  • Online access to the recorded scientific sessions of the event (for 8 weeks from the moment of their processing, after the event)
  • Access to the online exhibition area of the event
  • Certificate of participation (in electronic format) with EMC points from the Romanian College of Physicians
  • We note that the possibility to participate online in the event will only be available if we exceed a minimum threshold of 40 registered participants

Participation in the festive dinner includes:

  • Access to dinner from 04.04.2025
  • Maximum 100 seats available
