Abstracts guide

To submit an abstract, prior registration to the congress is necessary.

Presentations will be made orally, in the congress hall. And the posters will benefit from an oral presentation. In special situations, exceptions may be allowed, with online or pre-recorded presentation.

Abstracts are sent to the event platform available at the link https://congres.srsop.ro/a/

The event platform login data was sent in the event registration confirmation email.

Instructions:

The summary must be in Romanian and English. The total length of an abstract should not exceed 300 words, excluding the title, authors, and affiliations.

Posters will receive a 3-minute oral presentation.

Oral presentations will last 8 minutes.

• The text will be written without paragraphs or other indentations;
• The abstract must not be formatted and it is not allowed to insert graphic photos or sketches in the content of the abstract

We recommend the following structure for the abstract of an original scientific paper:

• The objective of the study;
• Materials and methods;
• Discussions;
• Conclusions;

We recommend the following structure for a case presentation summary:

• Introduction;
• Presentation of the case;
• Discussions;
• Conclusions;

Deadlines

The congress will be recorded, the proceedings of the congress will be available for 2 months in the event platform.

The deadline for uploading abstracts is February 1 2025.

Acceptance of the abstract and the presentation will be announced by February 7 2025.

Depending on the content of the abstract, you may be offered a poster presentation.
